Two protocols of analysis by using potentiometric enzyme biosensor based on pH-sensitive field-effect transistors end enzyme butyrylcholinesterase have been proposed for screening of glycoalkaloids in potatoes and laboratory investigations. Optimal procedure for potatoes samples preparation was chosen, methods and protocols of measurements of glycoalkaloids were optimized, and influence of storage conditions of samples for sensors response was investigated. Quantitative analysis of glycoalkaloids contents in 24 potatoes varieties of 2007 and 30 potatoes varieties of 2008 from Institute of Potatoes was conducted.

Key words: glycoalkaloids, biosensor, butyrylcholinesterase, pHsensitive fieldeffect transistor, potato
