ON SOME PECULIARITIES OF TRANSGENIC PROTEINS’ STRUCTURE FORMATION AND CONNECTED RISK FACTORS

The problems created by the development of transgenic food technologies are under consideration. Generalization of the data on the molecular mechanisms of the protein structure formation and processing allowed to base the principle of the correlative action of the structure forming, structure keeping and protein eliminating systems. The ways of the possible disturbances of such inter protein coordination by transgenic proteins as well as their possible consequences are discussed.
