FOOD POWDERS FROM PLANT RAW MATERIALS.
CLASSIFICATION, METHODS OF RECEIPT AND MARKET ANALYSIS

The technology of receipt of food powders out of plant raw materials is given. The developed and mastered technology of receipt of powders out of fruit and vegetables provides highquality product in which all of the ingredients of feedstock are stored in the concentrated kind. Food powders contain no detrimental impurities, have a high food value, are metabolised easily, compact and kept for a long time.
Classification of vegetable powders on their functional constituents is given. It is shown what type of the factors influences on the maintenance of nutrients during processing of raw material. Functional powders use recommendations are given.
