Validation of in-house method of qualitative and quantitative determination of genetically modified grain-crops by the real-time polymerase chain reaction was carried out. For prevention of analytical errors, false-positive and false-negative results of assays, the offered systems of controls and strategy of results evaluation were proposed. This provides the maximal degree of authenticity of the received results.
