Protein-synthesized activity of poly(А)+mRNA of the embryonic axes of haricot bean germs without and with treatment by growth regulators in the cell-free wheat germ system of protein synthesis in vitro was studied. It is found that mRNA preparations isolated from plants with the stimulated growth both a synthetic regulator (ivin) and regulators of natural origin (emistim, biolan) provide higher level of protein biosynthesis as compared with control. mRNAs obtained from plants with the stimulated growth by natural regulators are characterized by higher potential in stimulation of protein synthesis in vitro, and by more prolonged protein-synthesized activity as compared with synthetic preparation as well. It is assumed that the indicated difference between intensity and duration of protein biosynthesis is related to difference in mRNA populations out of the control plants and of the plants with stimulated with the regulators growth that have been already found.

Key words: the wheat-germ cell-free systems of protein synthesis, plant growth regulators, the proteinsynthesized activity of mRNA in vitro.
