OBTAINING OF RECOMBINANT LOW MOLECULAR WEGHT
STREPTOKINASE FRAGMENTS

Streptokinase gene fragments, which encodes peptide products SK1–50 and SK1–60, where amplified and cloned into plasmid vector. Expression of recombinant protein fragments was performed in Escherichia coli strain Tuner (DE3) сеlls under T7-promoter control. Two step chromatography purification processes of desired proteins from bacterial lysates under denaturing conditions were developed. Authenticity of obtained proteins has been confirmed using immune blotting with antistreptokinase antibody.
